Intersection: Art and Fashion / L’Arte e La Moda

Join us to view a collection of clothes designed, shibori-dyed, woven, and sewn by Dawn Bacon, Natasha Nargis, and Karim J. in the art space of sculptor Gina Telcocci. The designers wanted to emphasize the layered and textural qualities of the clothes as they resonate with the natural materials and woven constructions of the artwork. Models Liberty Yablon & Jess Castillo will sashay around the installation of sculptural forms, responding to the flow of shapes and colors, exploring how they (and we)  inhabit and interact with the clothes, the space and each other.
