In this workshop, you will learn one of the classic techniques of starting a round basket with reed.  No experience necessary. You will learn the basic weave pattern – “stake and strand” – and possibly a few variations. You will also be challenged to explore ways of manipulating the shape of your basket. And you will learn  simple techniques to finish a basket edge. Materials included.
